This triad of 3D cards focuses on three of Australia’s unique, colourful rainforest birds: the Superb Lyrebird, the Rose-crowned fruit dove, and the Satin bowerbird. The cards are made using painted paper collage, as well as some small areas of reflective plastic, twigs and some pieces of blue plastic found outdoors to recreate the Satin Bowerbird’s bower! Below I’ve included a short animation inspired by this project.
